Management will authorize support and/or service animals for you, your guests, and occupants pursuant to the parameters and guidelines established by the Federal Fair Housing Act, HUD regulatory guidelines, and any applicable state and/or local laws. CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR ANIMAL. But we may terminate this authorization sooner if your right of occupancy is lawfully terminated or if in our judgment you and your animal, your guests, or any occupant violate any of the rules in this Addendum. ANIMAL FEE of $150.00 per pet. Except for service animals. ADDITIONAL MONTHLY RENT of $25.00 will be assessed per month. Pet Policy There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. Please see our website for more information as there are several restricted breeds. There is an initial one-time pet fee of $150.00 per pet and a $25.00 per month per pet rent. Vaccination records and pet information must be submitted at the time of application.
